This site is hosted on Bluehost, which keeps standard web server logs: the pages you visit, your browser and rough location, and where you came from. That’s automatic on Bluehost’s end; I don’t run a separate tracking script on the site. I don’t sell or share this data, and I don’t run ads.
I plan to add Google Analytics at some point for a clearer picture of what people actually read. When I do, I’ll update this page to say so.
Two posts on this site embed third-party video players:
- The TikTok embed loads a widget from tiktok.com, which can set its own cookies once the video is on the page.
- The YouTube embed uses YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), which limits tracking until you press play.
I don’t set, read, or have access to either of those cookies. They belong to TikTok and YouTube, not to me.
There’s no comment system, no account system, and no contact form on this site, so there’s nothing else here collecting information about you.
